Pulau Tioman

thought of having a short getaway to this place during this december holidays!

but in order not to miss the water activities (i REALLY want to try snorkeling!), i shall be wise to avoid the monsoon season (november- january)!

calling for kakis! next summer holidays (or even sooner?!):)

being a not-very-into-watching-movie person, i watched two movies in the past week. how cool!

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince


期待已久的电影! 可是观看后,其实是有那么一点点的小失望.

too much of the plot revolved around romance. I really expected more action! The fight at the astronomy tower was seriously far too short. the explanation of the Horcruxes was brief, and where's Dumbledore's funeral!

but overall, i still enjoyed the movie!:) okay, biased thought. HAHA. anw, i just love the Harry Potter mood that day!:):) cauldrons of popcorn! and i even saw a man wearing a gryffindor scarf!

MURDERER


despite being a happy tree friends fan, i find this movie kinda sadistic.

BUT! the twist was REALLY unexpected!

and we also became kinda paranoid... to KIDS, after watching this movie. BEWARE of kids with THICK HAIR and 60's SPECS!

by the way, thumbs up for Aaron Kwok's acting!

thank you gerkie, pat and xin ying for the wonderful taiwan trip! i really really enjoyed myself during the trip! :):) and i guess we were really fortunate to have survived the 2 weeks (seeing how blur the 4 of us were. 没有被坏人抓去卖!). may our wishes written on the 天灯 come true!:)



MIRI 2009! (05/07/09-08/07/09):
thank you chyork, geraldine, jeab, jun ren, royce and yit siang for the unforgettable miri trip!:):) travelling with you guys have always been FUN! it's really sad that something so unexpected happened during the trip.
