chocolate fondant batch 1- FAILURE

i think i realli suck at this..



it's supposed to be chocolatey inside.. bt i think mine taste like huat kuay..

nvm. shall try harder next time! still have baked cheese cake to try!

anw, 阿婆铁蛋 didnt taste as nice as i thought. haha

*edited at 10.50pm: ok i think im cock-eyed. 48g of flour bt i added 100g?!?

time to change specs.
